The candidate will be guided to better gain understanding of the roofing industry and the products and services offered by our company. We will help you to become knowledgeable about different types of roofing materials, installation methods, and maintenance requirements. Additionally, having solid communication and customer service skills is a bonus but will be gained gradually working with clients to assess their needs and provide. It is also important to have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently, as much of your time will be spent on the road generating leads. Finally, we will help assist in being comfortable with technology and able to use common software and tools to manage and track your progress. In House Estimators/Supplementers
We are looking for a motivated and willing to learn in-house estimator and supplementor to join our team. The candidate will be able to gain knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and repair methods. We will help guide you to be well equipped with everything you need to know to succeed in this field such as being able to read and interpret estimate reports, evaluations, and other technical documents. Our team will walk you through using computer software and tools for estimating and supplementing that will require attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations (We will help you gain confidence).
